What to expect from this formula:

Slippery Elm Inner Bark ~

Slippery elm (Ulmus rubra) inner bark is a demulcent herb that creates a protective mucilage that coats the entire digestive tract. This helps protect the membranes of the digestive tract, reducing discomfort and allowing any wounds or irritation to heal naturally. This can include issues throughout the whole digestive tract (Acid reflux, ulcers in the esophagus or stomach, leaky gut issues, colitis). 

Slippery elm inner bark is also high in prebiotic fibers (the food that supports good probiotic bacteria), and has been shown to increase the beneficial bacteria in our digestive tract. More beneficial bacteria produce more short chain fatty acids (these heal and protect our intestinal membrane and strengthening our gut barrier) 

Slippery elm inner bark has been shown to reduce the number of pathogenic bacteria in our digestive tract, this can help support a healthy microbiome. 

How to use:

For optimal results, take daily in the morning on an empty stomach.

It can also be used anytime during the day or night for immediate heartburn or indigestion symptoms relief. (If you are struggling with acid reflux at night, take another dose at bedtime)

1. Mix between 1teaspoon-2 tablespoons of the powder with 1-4oz of water.

2. Mix vigorously, do not use too much water. You want a thick gel like consistency. 

3. Drink immediately
