A powerhouse herbal blend to assist with optimal immune system functioning.

Directions: To use as a preventative: Adults ~ 1 Tbsp daily and kids 1 tsp daily. At the first sign of illness: Adults ~ take 1 Tbsp every 2-3 hours and kids take 1 tsp every 2-3 hours. Keep refrigerated and use within 60 days or freeze for later use.

Can be taken on its own, added to tea, blended into yogurt or smoothies, or drizzled onto pancakes or waffles.
